Sollte man definitiv mal hören.
Great for the genre. Should we hear definitely times.
De tres bons morceaux lounge music.
;)
13 is really long relaxing journey.I like that build up -2o mins.Always wondered how much does it take to make such a long track...
Die Neue is excellent.Real nice mixrture pianos, synths, bass, ambient beat percussions.Good one.
A really lovely first epic track, full of lovely sound constructions and movements, almost in a classical manner. The genre of avantgarde, proved to some extent by the self admission of being experimental, which would be a prerequisite, interests me particularly here. Are we listening to modern music (in some respects I would say based on classical forms, yes), or postmodern (something being so possibly incomprehensible to a mere listener). Or are we being disambiguous about something in particular.
If the latter were the case, such a creative endeavour to capture the essence of some 'thing', even the clutter around a number perhaps, (more significant to some than others) is achieved. Whatever the subject, removal of ambiguity is clearly advantageous for us to make an informed choice. That choice seems to be essentially, is this music likeable enough in the first instance. To that, I would say it was perfectly wonderful musically, especially retaining such a firm hold on the thread of the track. No aimless drifting through a void.
However, I find the second question more tricky, is this really about stretching musical boundaries to find that new sound, albeit so utopic in an intellectual sense. First I think there is a difficulty to view this and make a solid assessment of achievement in that particular way (which may not, and probably won't matter to anyone but me), in that we are overwhelmed with new stuff to unimaginable proportions. There is more music (and books) around now than I could 'consume/experience' within my lifetime. So, really I can only guess that this is postmodern music. If it truly works out to be a vanguard that pretty nicely done work and creative development.
At the end of the day, it's good music that can be enjoyed by many and I think that there I can see a sense of postmodernity in how our usual array of choices are broadened simply by what's available within the Jamendo CC environment. So that's where I stand, I shall look forward to the other works and the alternative array of musical creations on this site and, kid myself that's about focus and concentration.
Nice work, thought provoking though I suspect in a fairly unanswerable way. Thanks for sharing and yes, I do confuse myself sometimes!-)
WoW!
Selten sowas gehört!
Gehört ab sofort in meine Sammlung!
Chillen extrem...!
Imaging after 5 days of hard work you're chilling on Friday evening, having a beer and listening to this music. Nice!
However I prefer order and the tracks sometimes are a little bit chaotic.
Nevertheless all in all this is solid music!
