Finally artists from India are finding their way towards Jamendo. This is great. This mini-album has the right mix of western music and Indian music. The tracks are fast paced. While paying attention towards the vocals I found them influenced by Late Nusrat Fateh Ali Khan. They sound just like him. Yes, this album has one negative point: recording. At the beginning of the track "mother song", the vocals are not clearly listenable. They seem to be lost in the background score. But as the track progressed, they found their way back. I liked this album very much, and specifically I liked the second track. After listening to some "not-so great" Indian influenced music by foreign artists here on Jamendo I am feeling very pleased and relieved by listening to this album. All in all a great album. -Mudit

Very nice work. Reethi Monk is ok(more contemprary like), but I love the mother song. The Nusrat influenced vocals sound great and this is one of those tracks that reminds you that there are some real gems of music coming out from unknown Indian artists. Keep up the good work.
