reminiscent of a less messy swans, teleflorists' "full" carries all the sturm-und-dirge one would expect of new york noise. though with a greater focus on melody than is expected in the genre, teleflorists echo notes of the yeah yeah yeahs, shellac, and radiohead while managing to sound nothing like the aforementioned artists. dense, yet minimal. sparse, yet not without a complexity. not to mention a damn fine addition to anyone's collection.
