I was amazed to find no one had reviewed this album. I have been a fan of "longform" music from the early 70's, when longform meant 30 minutes, so 60 minutes+ is my idea of heaven and this does not disappoint. Usually, a longform piece relies heavily on the repatative main theme being lowered in the mix to allow the introduction of a varied second theme to provide a period of change before it itself is completed and the main theme returned. This not-so-little masterpiece is clever in that it introduces the alternative variations under the main piece and thus retains a continuity throughout. The alternatives are, at times, more complex than are initially heard and thus repeated playings result in a familiar , yet slightly different, result on repeated listenings. I have only listened on headphones so far and expect a speaker hearing will be different again. Ideal for relaxing, preparing for sleep, reading, food prep or just doing nothing!. Great album for sure. A real credit to the artist. If you want to experience music rather than just listen to it and you have a spare hour then go for it.

The most amazing thing about this beautiful, medidative music: If really done only with a guitar it's a stupending exampe of what can be done without synthesizers. The boss main effect that was used seems to be really a great device!

I was recommended to this album and having read the "ciderlord" review I was ready for something good. But "ciderlord" has merely wetted the appetite for this, it really is awesome! I cannot commend it highly enough, sheer beauty and totally absorbing to the tired brain and addled mind. I love the long, soothing electronica and this is of the highest quality of its type. I can even forgive the vocal bit that appears half way through as it quickly gets absorbed into the overall sound that just washes so easily over you. An absolute 5 star winner all round. Thank you Mr Nightwind very much. You are a really talented muso. Truly Excellent.

Took me back to the 70's and the music of Tangerine Dream a little...good to relax to...more of this please.

En écoutant ce morceau, on ne peut s'éviter de penser à Steve Roach et son cycle "Immersion". Car ici, c'est bien de cela qu'il s'agit. Une immersion, une plongée totale dans un monde complètement onirique peuplé de myriades de fines structures étoilées, de multiples couleurs chatoyantes qui vous caressent et vous bercent comme autant de millions de feux follets. Un magnifique voyage vers un havre de paix, un espace de méditation.

this is the kind of music I like. long, floating, dreamy. It is very relaxing

Long form is tricky for me, there are a lot of distractions in my unbounded virtual reality that listening to such music is difficult. So, I'm giving it another go and at a higher volume. It's seems very large in structure but has a certain flow and progression that is very subtle and slow. And as has been said has a certain sense of beauty which blossoms the more you listen to it. Apart from the occasional very tacit difference this is the genre stretched to the limit. Sort of like early Tangerine Dream at 10 revolutions per minute. I can see it being a brilliant piece to listen and meditate to. Good mood food. Very strong, well maintained transcedence indeed. And the dramatic areas are very well assimilated, incorporating that essential 1% of the X factor. Good work.

The awe and beauty,, really vibrates and is felt in the suspense and grace,let alone elegance of this delightful, aura filled, ambient, sound-scape of industrial,spacey,synthesiser, electronic,drone like music. Feel it submerge and overlap your mind and body and feel its rays of enlightenment and powers full filly you and make you feel so good, relaxed and in an heavenly set of well being, during and after listening to this epic dreamy album.
