The album is too electronic to be defined shortly "between post rock and Ambient", in my honest opinion. I try to develop the concept... First of all: the electronic part is really massive in this album. Touches also the very boundary of 80's industrial (the Eternal State of Nonexisistance starts like a nice Ministry-flavoured song, until it changes it all..), mix it up with some glitch circa Mùm and dreamy arrangements reminding of Sigur Ròs (wonderful the voice in "This Miracle Will Fade"). That is also, maybe, their bridge to Post rock, but there are so many influences more into this album: the 8bit-like sounds that are constantly appearing here and there, acoustic guitars (like in the new album of Sigur Ròs) and clean voices... There are a lot of ideas into this well done album. Only one advice: listen to it without thinking at a specific genre. Just shut up and listen to the music!

A deeply satisfying and very unique electronic album

I will begin by saying I don’t quite know how to catagorise this. It can best be described as sitting somewhere between melodic Ambient and Post Rock. Listen to this early in the morning and it will make sense, but TRY and make sense of it and you may be left wanting. I'd recommend listening to all of it before making a decision, as it does change style a couple of times before the end.
