Finally a band who understand what I've been looking for every time I've browsed the "progressive" section. Very enjoyable indeed. My one negative comment is that in (a few, very small) places, it reminded me a little too much of other songs. Overall though, great work. edit: I have changed my rating from 7 to 10! Since I wrote my review, this album has become one I regularly play-- probably the first thing I played when I arrived at university, the first example of free as in freedom music I played for my dad. Really great stuff that just gets better and better the more times you listen!

High standard compositions and equivalent vocals. Grabs you from the beginning to the very end. Highly intense yet extremely melodic. Each time I listen to the album, I like it a lit bit more. A must listen for everybody but especially for the open-minded music lovers.

The most surprising album I've ever listened to.

I'm not really gonna say much because I'm kinda tired, but I was completely unprepared for how good this album was gonna be. I don't listen to Gothic Rock, it's actually always kinda annoyed me. I listened to the first two songs through the JamPlayer, and decided I'd download it for variety's sake, but then I just got hooked to it, as much of the rest of the album exceeds the caliber of the first two songs, just amazing really. Roter Sand, I'm Falling, and Du Schweigst are the real stand-out tracks here. I also found that the music really feels Sci-fi-y. It really fits with mass Effect, for example. There's actually one song that has a stretch that's nearly identical to either the Mass Effect theme or the Normandy theme on the Mass Effect OST, but I listen to too much music to remember exactly which songs the two songs are. Anyways, it's an exceptional album, and more people should download it. I even believe it's better than Lost Horizon.
