Very good album. I really like "Destination Mars" and the old school melodies and sounds that remind me of Tangerine Dream and Jarre. Keep up the good work! :-)

Cette musique est subtilement arrangée et très agréable à écouter, un beau travail, merci l'artiste pour ce voyage.

The composer of this music was clearly going for a straightforward approach of communication without adventuresome harmonies. I think this was a success. The length of 4 of the 5 tracks in this album do come off as a sort of longer form poem, and, because of the evolving nature of the music, the length of those tracks is not too much for an average listener if he is into this genre. The subject manner of Mars is an ingenious hook, to catch folks attention, in a musical world where things should either deal with outer space or, something of the darker side of the spirit world such as vampires or the like. This is thuroughly listenable, and certainly good for those who wish to let their mind wander focusing on the shapes within the sound facade, and chill out during listening to music, as opposed to making one focus about the minutae music they may be listening to. The latter might get a high score for the wonkish qualities of the music, but not necessarily garner fans at large as this music can do by its own nature.

W tym albumie zwróciło moją uwagę to, że bardzo umiejętnie Łączysz klasyczne i nowoczesne brzmienia. Cieszy mnie spora ilość partii fortepianu, bo bardzo lubię brzmienie tego instrumentu. Jednak najciekawsze jest to, że potrafisz umiejętnie spleść linię melodyczną, graną na fortepianie, z bardzo awangardowym, elektronicznym tłem, widać to szczególnie w utworze "Hello from planet Earth". Najbardziej przykuwa moją uwagę utwór "Destination Mars", błyszczy w tym utworze sekcja instrumentów perkusyjnych. Doskonałym zamknięciem płyty jest zestawienie w parę dynamicznego "Phoenix recon" z bardziej stonowanym "Return". Biorąc pod uwagę tytuł, nie sposób oprzeć się pokusie skonfrontowania "Red Planet" z "Mars Global Inspiration". MGI wydaje się bardziej patetyczny, ale mimo to jest łatwiejszy w słuchaniu, RP ma zdecydowanie bardziej nowoczesne, niejednokrotnie ostre brzmienia, momentami niektóre utwory wydają się przeciążone, takie fragmenty są w drugiej połowie "Destination Mars" i "Hello from planet Earth". Może dlatego nad "Red Planet" przedkładam Twój poprzedni album, "...and life goes on", też przecież nie najłatwiejszy. Co by jednak nie mówić, "Red Planet" to bardzo dobry album. Raz na jakiś czas podczas podróży na Marsa można doznać przeciążenia ;) Pozdrawiam serdecznie
