About this album

This is a compilation release with old or simply rare tracks made during the years 2003 - 2008. Nothing has been changed other than a few broken loops. Enjoy to the best of your ability...

Tracks 1 - 11 were the very first electronic songs I ever completed, using Modplug Tracker. They are the oldest in the release, made during the period between 2003 winter and 2004 summer. Back then I worked under the project name AKheon. My main influence was Akira Yamaoka and his Silent Hill soundtracks at the time... The guitars in track 10 are their own story altogether, but maybe it will be told at a later time. Let's just say the schedul was tight.

Tracks 12 - 14 are from 2004, basically something fixed quickly with Fruity Loops.

Track 15 is the infamous christmas demo hailing from 2006. All the four songs have been compressed into one. All the instruments are 'a capella'...

Tracks 16 - 18 are satirical attempts at making pop music, from the years 2006 and 2007. One of the tracks in encoded without vocals, be thankful for that. Gives you a breather.

Tracks 19 - 22 are a cybergrind demo I made during summer 2008 as a celebration for acquiring an own drumkit. For a moment I thought to start a band called Ihramaailma to pursue this style further, but for now the future of this idea remains unclear...

Track 23 is the unmodified synth track used in "Eksynyt vessaan". The melody is very beautiful and in this one you will hear it at its clearest. Closes the album in a calm and nice way.
