About this album

  • Updated: 15/10/2008

CARNEVAL OF SUBCULTURES is the last EP of the band with singer Thomas Kabisch and  keyboarder Martin Wicha. Both guys left the band at the end of 2001.

Tips:

"Wintertime" is a straight Pop-Rock Song, 2001 played by some radio stations in Germany.

"Belinda" is a nice ballad with beautiful guitar-lines and  string arrangements.

"Night´s in exile" sounds more melancholic and gothic-like, with dark synth-choirs and Toms impressive vocals in the foreground.

Good pop hooks, nice diversity of sound, very well recorded and engineered. Vocals are clear and all parts are well played. I liked this from the very first listen.

Hell these guys are simply brilliant, musicians, that can really play with style and passion for their music and what a voice this lead singer has, clear, well pronounced words and sings perfectly. the lyrics are captivating and interesting, a brilliant album to check out and download to be honest, very easy to listen to, and enjoy. Never a dull moment in listen to this album.
