"Les Brumes du Passé renaîtront hors du Temps" fait suite à la seconde démo du projet Anamnese, et reprend certains titres de celle-ci. Il s'agit de musiques d'inspiration ancienne, jouée aux claviers, mais avec aussi quelques rares instruments véritables.

La production est assez artisanale, je n'ai utilisé qu'un vieux clavier ainsi que ma carte-son de l'époque, et le tout a été enregistré chez moi, vers la fin 1999. Cela manque aussi de percussions.

Même si le résultat a un son fortement synthétique, j'ai privilégié la spontanéité et les ambiances de l'ensemble, essayant de dégager un esprit qui aurait pu être celui du passé, passé réel et historique, ou bien passé rêvé et imaginaire...

What a stunning and beautiful articulate, exceptionally high calibre, atmospherical and very appealing demonstrative album that this is. That plants beautiful images inside your heart and soul. And transports you to many a historical and times in the past and beyond. As you savour and explore and taste these delightful tantalizing and pleasing and very entertaining piece of music. That come from the times of medieval, renaissance and baroque, folk eras.Just sit back and let your imagination break free and picture the characters coming to live within your own minds eye.

Bei diesem Album wirkt sich die Streamqualität extrem schlecht aus und nur weil das Albumcover recht ansprechend war, habe ich weitergehört und auch das Album heruntergeladen. Die 224kbits MP3s sind viel besser zu genießen. 'Une Pièce de Folklore pour une Campagne morte', 'La Traversée du Gué' und 'Le Vent' sind düsteres Mittelalter. Die in diesem Album "temporeichsten" 'Une Salamandre dans la Bruine' und 'Le Chemin et la Pluie' gefällen mir am Besten, weil sie nicht wie die anderen Lieder so improvisiert wirken. Die einfachen Melodien erinnern an das einfache Volk, dass sehr spartanisch lebte. Vielen Dank für diese Interpretation des Barocks!
