C'est parfois carrément planant ('Green as a Nim', 'White Iris'), à d'autres moments inquiétant ('Twin'), voir réellement étouffant ('I Need(ed) More', 'Sitting on Theses Thrones').

I think what I sense is a frankness with which this was composed perhaps, either way a nice, curiously dynamic array of remixed tracks, with quite a distinctive flair. Some quite radical sound/rhythm arrangements, very refreshing and quite hypnotic in places. What we have is, again I find, quite diverse sound construction, from the sublime to the abstract paradoxical. Very interesting to listen to and some of these tracks are seductively enigmatic. Sonically, it seems even to the point where your senses would not be able to cope with the potential intensity, so it's been moderated to save your very soul! More vocal that I was expecting, but the instrumentality is generally so strong it compensates for its inclusion, which on one or two occasions feels a bit unnecessary. Having said that the slight discomfort is surpassingly brief and seldom enough to hardly warrant a mention. That may have been the whole point so it is easy to assimilate as you continue to listen to the wonderful musical sculpting, and generally good fusion and balance. Good live piece at the end, worked well.
