Now it's a trilogy!
This is the final improvisation album that we will record in this way. And the last one recorded in our old rehearsal room with just two microphones.
Bulbus is a bit different from
Gonzo Jazz and
Where's The Station as it was recorded in one July evening and there is no edits besides the obvious dropping of the non-happenings before and after the improvs. The feeling of the album is different, too. A bit darker, a bit more furious in parts, and there's the vocalizing of your's truly. (I'd be caught dead before I call it singing..)
So there you have it. Three improvisation albums put out in 2006, two of them recorded this year. In 2007 you'll be hearing our composed recordings. That's a promise!

I really dig the sound on this album, not very bright, not very dark but deep, dynamic and detailled.
This reminds me a bit of Attention Defficit, also a jam band.
I love the bass riff on the first track, although I don't want to mention individual tracks.. but that riff made me stay and listen to the rest;)

Un bon album rock, avec notamment un bojn son de guitare électrique à la fois doux et puissant.
C'est du bon rock instrumental !

Gayet basarili ve dinlenesi bir albüm
Klingt einfach sehr klasse. Melodiös und improvisiert. Wird nichtlangweilig.
On se glisse facilement dans leur univers d'improvisation, il ne reste plus qu'à se laisse guider et profiter.
Si vous aimez les pistes qui s'étalent à n'en plus finir (la N°3 atteint les 12 minutes tout même !), il vous faut les écouter.
Si vous aimez lire tranquillement tout en vous tortillant des pieds, il vous faut les écouter.
Les finlandais sont doués, il faut les écouter !
Nie wyszła im ta płyta niestety. Jest zbyt monotonna i balansuje na krawędzi nudy, bo zespół za daleko odszedł od melodyjności i rytmu z "Gonzo Jazz", a jednocześnie zabrakło ukrytego żaru który pamiętam ze świetnego "Where's the Station?". Plusik tylko za to, że trzymają się swojego gatunku. Ostatecznie można posłuchać, ale bez przyjemności.
