Desiderata is Lost Reverie's debut album, released on August 23 via the netlabel, Wise Owl Records. The record can be described as a thematic, or even conceptual album inspired by love relationships and related themes; like unrequited love, idealisation, heartbreak and so on. Emotions like longing, nostalgia and loneliness are as much a part of the recipe as is a weak glimpse of hope. Musically there's an emphasis on dynamics, texture and guitar-riffs and many influences can be found on the record like Post-rock, Progressive Rock/Metal and Ambient music.
