About this album

  • Updated: 13/01/2009

The distorted crunch of the broken breaks edge into earshot...and already you know you're in for a masterpiece...The Intro track 'Metal Fetish' couldn't sum up what's to come any better...however - there's much more to come...the stomping Techno kick of 'Necromancer' - featuring The signature synths and samples that Stitch (and his previous project Mainstream Distortion) have become known for. Elements of everything from Cyber to Industrial to hard-Trance (Via a dose of very VERY hard four to the floor drum action) - Meet here....this is playing on our half man - half machine serial killers car stereo as he races away from the scene of the crime...naturally high on the stench of blood, adrenaline and cold steel....

Which leads us neatly to 'Cruelty' - During which Stitch - the creator and guide on our psychotic audio voyage demonstrates a more subtle side side of his production...reletively up-tempo and laden with a meaty bassline under a spew of bouncing synths...you can imagine our cyberkiller has arrived home to his lair...exhausted...yet preparing to strike again...and he does..."Cyberactive" dreams gently into somewhere between frenetic psychosis and dreamy synth bliss...the bpm count on this track is bordering on maniacal...however, by this point of the album you should be nodding and prancing about like a fucking banshee on heat...If you're not...you're either Christian or have psycho-sexual issues (probably both...most Christians tend to have psycho sexual issues). Pure unadultered exstatic synth mind-fuckery.

Then to the title track "Hardwired" - brooding dark horror samples prop the albums title...this is everything Stitch has become known for...yet shows his seemingly effortless ability to take us to a new direction...The track is a monster of a beast...lumbering in at 700 ft tall and stomping on citys...our cyber-serial killer is stalking again...(You gotta fucking love this guys distorted-as-fuck drum programming). As "Dark Carnival" bleeds into earshot as our psychotic cyber killer lurches in the room to the intended victim...the victim is unaware...and this sets the mood...a cinematic soundtrack for those who know that quite fucking frankly there is no God, No justice and life is cold and brutal...and to fully realise that is what makes us powerful and unstoppable...

....much like the following track "Shinkansen" - which bounces into industrial cyber territory...the beats flicker, bend and jump over moody synths and unrelenting snares...our demented psycho is preparing for the kill....and as the screeching intro of 'Weapon of Mass Distortion' creeps in - closely followed by the most addictive breakbeat...you can practically smell the fear of our intended vicim...the blunt stained knife is raised...The victim is aware...and at the sight of our crazed cyber-killer - naturally shits in their pants...but it's too late...

Our killer sits in the victims apartment...having finished sodomising the corpse and hacking off bits of the body...and as a moment of reprieve and realisation - we're allowed a brief farewell with 'solitary'....after all....you're now sitting alone....having just experienced the thrill of the kill...hadn't you realised dear listener....our vicious psychotic cyber-murder was you....it was you all along...Stitch just needed to show you how dark your psyche went...ALL I DO IS SCREAM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

...you murdering sick c**t!

good album though....download now fucker!
