Brilliant little Something to begin with... nice, happy track with atmospherics and an element of fun. The second track is very pleasant, straightforward electro instrumentals with some nice effects, not too acute an angle and I love the drum break. Hands/back is a well paced and spaced track, with a nice atmosphere. Humble Scope, again a cool track, is something we could all do with looking through occasionally, if not every day of our lives. Humility breeds content. I have to believe in a better world... Go ahead. Polar Duster sums up a recent conversation and is a great track as well. Nice ambience to it and arrangement. Nepherre is a classical slide with jazz undertones, lovely sounds. The next track has an inherent beauty to it, Unbreakable. Mellow on the senses and quite relaxing. The album finishes with Better left alone high below this world, which is a good title. Syntactically challenging and a summation of profound existence in a time and space between here and there. Overall, a great little album.

A la première écoute, on pourrait croire que AESQE est un fake de BOARDS OF CANADA (comme tant d'autres)... Mais non! C'est profond, trés soigné mais aussi chaotique par moment (façon AMON TOBIN)... Une belle réussite ... BRAVO!!!
