About this album

Track 1 (Numbness) and Track 2 (Under the streetlight, above the clouds) are linked and form 1 piece :)

It's been 3 years I had been trying to find my own way to express myself through music. I had lots of sounds I wanted to combine. I had the chance to do it with my piano and I am glad I made it to the point to believe my songs deserve a chance to be listend to...

The songs of these album were not written in any music sheet. I had to remember every second of each piece I had to play and so, most of the times, I had to improvise.

I hope this wont be the final form of this album....I wish I 'll find the time to make it even better. I have even more songs on my mind, plus, I will try to add a more progressive rock tone :)

I know these tracks are not of the best sound quality, but somehow I found the sound interesting enough. It's like hearing a vinyl or something...an old fashioned recording. But what is actually played is more important.

I used open source tools on Fedora 10, but I didn't focus too much on perfecting my sound.

Hope you like it :)

Melodic, melancholic and a bit of blurred sound are the characteristics of this album. The classical style with some jazz elements are there to complete the package. I really like the track called "Numbness". Its deep, melodic and it puzzles you to understand its meaning. To be honest, i like very much the ideas of the composer, but the production could be better. Overall its a great demo, showing much potential. Keep up the good work!
