This is an album of instrumental tracks that are all in different musical styles. These tracks are nothing special, but there is also nothing wrong with them. They make for decent background music. I think we should view these more as raw material than as actual songs. The stated license allows for derivative works, and these tracks seem to be made to be built on. The name of the album (and the artist!) also seem to suggest that this was the intention. In that sense, this album forms a valuable addition to the body of publically available Creative Commons materials, for which we should be grateful to the artist.
