Death metal is here to stay, when you get great bands, like this one, really enjoyed the music, the vocals, and this teaser of a three track ep.

Nice example of Deathcore. Well played and well produced, the songs we catchy, and the vocal tricks were well placed. Old school death metal fans will not find much appealing to them here, but if you like Deathcore or Metalcore, or were interested in checking out the genre, this EP is not a bad place to start. Hey, its cc, its not like it cost you anything :)

Neben dem „demo 2“ gibt es von Nothing Kills the Sun noch den 3 Song Release „jack´s wasted life“. Dies ist das erste Demo, welches zwar optisch, aufgrund des Covers eigentlich neuer aussieht, aber vom Sound her merkt man doch, das „demo 2“ wesentlich fetter daher kommt und auch derber. Hier ist noch mehr Metalcore als Einfluß ausmachbar, was nicht stört, aber etwas den Druck vermissen lässt, den der Grindcore hinterlässt. Technisch einwandfrei gespielt und auch die Songs können überzeugen. Vor allem „you, me and this landmine“ kommt recht gut. Lediglich der Sound wirkt etwas dünner und druckloser, was evtl. auch der Grund dafür ist, das diese Songs nicht ganz so knallen, wie die neuen Sachen der Band. http://music-discovery.de/cds_review.php?frid=1685
