Massively Minimal!

It feels fine to hear acoustic instruments played with this attack and edge. It's really rocking and you can hear every little sound. Even when there is no sound you feel the pulse and that's just mesmerizing! No "far out" compositions, but a musical performance that is truly moving. As always is the case with good minimalistic music you "hear" more music than the score would actually display if written down. To me that is very ejoyable.

A nice sunny day

Questa recensione è anche qui: http://suonolibero.wordpress.com/2008/04/27/saregama-instrumental-works-a-nice-sunny-day/ This album is played with acoustic instruments typical of the middle east and other countries in the world. This makes the album special and very pleasant. A very nice idea. Imagine being close to the sea under a shelter made of reed mats of bamboo. Outside there is the sun, but here is a very pleasant cool. The sound of these instruments breaks the silence of time that flows, but is not the time the clock, is the biological time. There is a song of birds, crickets ... someone walks talking ... then the thunder of a storm away, and the noise of the sea ... a beautiful sunny day .... free and timeless.

Another wonderful album by SaReGaMa! This music makes you travel, it is full of respect for nature, people, life. Enjoyable, especially the overtone mouth harp (jews harp) and didgeridoo sounds combined with the kalimba.

Superbe.Aussi émerveillé qu'avec Bodhi tree. Thanks SAREGAMA;Great album The next please

It seems that I am running out of great words to describe your work. I just finished listening to this album while solving my mathematics sums and HEY!! These songs opened up my mind and I was able to solve them in double quick time! The instrumental beats were very nice. This certainly is my kind of music. The beats often remind me of the beats of 'tabla'. I am able to digest such music very easily !! Vargan Solo was new to me as it was played using a Jews Harp and I had never heard that before. Bliss and For Danielle are my favorite tracks. I think For Danielle is in 3 Metallophones Solos also. But both of them though similar are very distinctive. Both of them great !!!
