I have to disagree with "musictomyears" this time. I found the singer's voice very irritating on this album. It rubbed me the wrong way. I just couldn't enjoy the music because of the singing. Otherwise the composition isn't too bad. Not for me.
bon ennsemble!
What a fun album to listen to! Great instrumentation and arrangements and I hear glimpses of Bob Dylan and Bob Marley in the vocals! Very easy going tracks. Lighthearted and fun! It's also nice to hear some music from a fellow Minnesotan! I enjoyed this album very much.

Great vocals, power and passion in the lyrics and great music to suit these tracks. Loved the atmosphere in all the tracks, especially T'ill the Candles run out, is my favourite, track of all of them.
