Unusual + Challenging

The combination of classical sounds (almost resembling church music) and an atonal e-guitar feels rather unusual, so I think these compositions are challenging for the listener, at least they are for me ;-) But it is exactly for listening to unusual music why I came to Jamendo in the first place. My favorite tracks are "Malicious doll", "Matrix", and "Sands of Arabia". On the other hand, parts of some tracks (most notably in "Your whims") sound almost a bit like kitsch in my ears. After all, music is also a matter of taste, I guess.

Fantastic, powerful, driving, skilful, forceful, talented, guitarist and awesome, dynamic, guitar riffs and melodies, on the guitar in general. Great sounding, instrumental music, that fires up the passion of the listener and you can tell the musicians love to play and make great music in general. Wow what a talent, what a skill. In the making of this album. Ranging from rock, metal, world music. The more you listen the more you have to listen and take on this awesome, energetic, compelling, arousing, motivated, well crafted, professional sounding, great quality, great techniques, quickness of hand. And so much more..

Alexander Permyakov beherrscht sein Instrument absolut virtuos. Es scheint beinahe, als würde er seine E-Gitarre singen lassen. Wer die Musik von Joe Satriani mag, der sollte sich auch dieses Album unbedingt anhören.

Hi, first of all I have great respect of your talent on electric guitar. This collection of songs and melodies is somehow classy, but I miss something. I can't really grab it maybe that's exactly what's left out. I am miserably in lack of the words to explain but just missing something. About the guitar play there isn't much to say except for "WOW!!!". Are you the reincarnated Robert Johnson and Dimebag Darrel united in person. It's awesome! I'm not kidding. Your ideas of using the guitar are cool to create new soundscapes and to combine them with old-fashioned rock or blues riffs, picks and licks. But my critics are of different nature. I'm not capable to put it in real words so you just get the information from me that the fire in your music didn't burn in me. I think I missed some atmosphere, some more space to breathe, to taste your guitar play. I heard the start of something good. But "It's a long way to the top (if you wanna rock 'n' roll)"... Greetz, Heroin666
