This is a personal album. It explores issues of existential philosophy and life experience and is a reflection of the interplay between life events and the mind. Derived primarily from my current project,

All this art, here, in my ears !...
It sounds, from my point of view, like an "acoustic ART of NOISE" ( Huge compliment, believe it ! )
Really professional recording & realize.
I like pretty much the jacket too, looks like an "Old Europe stuff", so in contrast with audio material.
Congratulations. Hope you'll be famous ! !
Thanks

Hey! Another great album! I've downloaded most of your music and burned a few CDs, and you are on my favorite artist list.
One question though, were did you get that suit? I was told that it got lost at the dry cleaner back in 1985!

Seriously though, if you'd like to jam sometime, I'd be happy to cook up some skronky sounds for you.
The way Briareus layers instruments with reverb and delay is very distinctive, sounds professional and impressively smooth. I admit that this isn't entirely to my usual tastes (which may be a reason why I've given this a 7), but Briareus is certainly a master of his own genre and the creativity of combining various electronic sounds with other instruments has left me very impressed. Despite there not being anything coming close to silence in this album, due to the layering of instruments, there is often a sense of loud and soft within songs which I think is done well.
There are sampled sentences played on many of the tracks which, though fitting the style well, could on occasion be considered to be over-repeated and of questionable meaning. This is certainly a small gripe as the music alongside the samples is lovely and the sampling on 'A Thousand Notes' is very thoughtful.
My favourite track is number 3, though the majority are most enjoyable.
Me encanta tu música, es fantástica.
A splendid voice which rocks us and reassures us.
I liked much the mixed trés sounds which agree to wonder between them, because very mélodieux. One listens, one closes the eyes and a languor, a wellbeing invades you; peace settles gently throughout this album.
One moment of soft quietude!
Thank you for softness for this album!
tout ,absolument tout
The sound - great, the work with samples - remarkable, the mix - excellent. The only problem I have with these superbly crafted tracks is that they are too usual and sound just like any other Lounge/Trip Hop out there. Well, maybe that Spoken Word element is idiosyncratic, but the artist was overenthusiastic with it. In my oppinion the usage of Spoken Word here is excessive and at some point becomes ineffectual and even irritating.
