I think of jazz as good when it speaks, in its own voice, expressing the feelings the creator wanted to project and to which the listener can relate. The soul and heart of the music inspires the soul and heart of the audience. These songs had just that tinge of longing and that ray of hope that comes with good jazz and with which we all walk around. Great jazz is an entity, which expresses the human experience. This music in my opinion is great jazz with lots of passion and heart. I am very impressed by the articulate nature of this album. It was beautifully produced and has an attractive cover.

Another nice album Bruce. Very easy to kick back and let the tracks to you to places, unexpected places. I can't tell you enjoy creating these pieces.

Magnifico trabajo de una calidad exquisita, donde se respira paz, sosiego y tranquilidad. Fastuosa guitarra y muy buena instrumentación.

Cet album est exceptionnel.Une musique fraiche au son époustouflant de clarté. Les morceaux s'enchainent fournissant un plaisir d'écoute sans cesse renouvelé. Tout est bon ici : les rythmes qui balancent bien, swing morderne et sans chichi, quelques nappes qui créent un background stimulant, et ces guitares limpides, concernées qui disent ce qu'elles ont à dire, pas de remplissage inconsistant, juste de l'essentiel, et de quelle manière !
Mais j'ai gardé le meilleur pour la fin. Sur des percussions ciselées avec art une basse comme on en entend rarement développe ses lignes impeccables et créatrices d'une stabilité, une présence, une empreinte qui reste profondément dans nos âmes stimulées.
Merci Bruce pour ce nouvel opus plein de bonté et d'implication.

This album maintains Bruce's outstanding reputation for making quality jazz fusion music as showcased in earlier recordings.
My one critical complaint is that the clean electric lead could have had a bit more ambience and variety about it, it sounds a little too dry on some tracks, although taking nothing away from the very soulful and skilled playing. The bass, percussion and especially Hammond and Rhodes sounds continue to amaze me, beautiful, emotional playing from the soul for sure.
Favourite tracks - I just adore Vanished Moments, Alone On The Tracks, and especially Tell Me Madame Fortune Teller, which sounds like Latin jazz, Steely Dan and Santana all rolled into one.
Bruce - you are one talented dude and this album solidifies your reputation - certainly, your music is better than many people out there who are making a living from music commercially and we are so lucky to be able to hear this music and download it for free.
Another great collection of smooth and funky jazz. The song that will probably get the most play by me is "One Last, Perfect Sunset". Incredible song!
