Before I start doing a review on Christian album. I feel this is important, what Christian wrote about himself below, so people, understand him better, when it comes to how him expressing himself as a composer and a musician in general, this is a quote from above stated person below. *Some tracks were recorded live to cassette, others are crude digital recordings... all are first take. Overall, the album is indicative of my haphazard approach to music - come up with something and record it immediately before I lose it.* I actually felt and heard, let alone saw in my minds eye, Christian really does have a passion and love for making good music in general. And at times he nails it on the top big time, like tracks like..Waltzing Marina, a perfect atmospheric-al, grace, calming, beautiful, warm, heartfelt track, with good vocals and nice music to match perfectly on this one..Sing with Me, even thou the sound recording is not great, it is an excellent track in general to be captivated by and to truly enjoy. Barme, loud, proud and in your face type of music. That really had depth and passion to it as you listen to it vibrate in your minds eye and feel it in your heart and soul. Tinkering and glittering let alone the deep dark, roar of the bass line heard..Question Axe, good electronic,rock track, just sound quality spoils it, spoils it for me, But bar that if it was a good quality sound recording it would be ace.. nothing at all wrong with it..Meclizine (Off One), beautiful, compelling, irresistible sound-scape of dreamy, imaginative,rock,acoustic,electronic,drumnbass visionary, new age music..Nowhere Else, delightful captivating and gorgeous, acoustic,music, that filled my senses to the maxs..Deep Ear Burst (T.A.M.D.F.F.),sounds like it could be a good track, just a little disjointed in the way it sounds to me, let alone not a good sound quality recording in general. But idea and concept of this track, I like a lot. Just needs to be redone and in a better sound quality.. Happen To You, I loved the acoustic guitar skilfully, delightfully playing on this track, just the vocals sounded a little strange sound quality wise and a little flat as well to me on listening to this good track in general. Cheaters In, intriguing, thought provoking, acoustic music,that played with my senses and mind in this one.. Liked it a whole lot. Good sound quality as well heard.Sort of dron-ish as well this one.But suit the track done to a t.You're Touching Me In Ways I Can't Control,vocals a little strained sounding, but bar that perfect music in general and nice warm, heartfelt lyrics to match.. Why Do I Need A House,love the acoustic guitar again, nice vocals and feelings in this ballad type track.. Just sound quality a little off, Bar that excellent track in general.Shuttlecock (Pt. 2),wow exceptional, wonderful, fantastic, airy, light, with depth and emotions felt to this acoustic heaven track..perfection... Lean I Lead You Into, sounds a little distorted to me, but just could be because, it is actually a psychedelic acoustic track in general this..and that is how it's meant to sound. not sure on this one..Vein Fogs, perfect, graceful, calming, relaxing, enjoyable, interesting, compelling, soothing,yet stimulating, acoustic guitar track here. That is light, airy and peaceful, heavenly sounding. I feel Christian, really does have a talent and a skill for making great music in general. Just his passion and love for making great music, makes him a little lazy, at times, to just check the sound quality and little hiccups that could be correct and this would be an outstanding album in general if only he sorted the silly little things out,that spoil an other wise, brilliant album like this out..

And once again: Great songwriting, great instrumental passages, great (=small) production. Track 1 outsmarts David Bowie, the rest is even better.

I completely agree with Musictomyears's review. This album (much like Vol.1 and I've Got An Arrow Pointing single) contains many great ideas... But due to the poor sound quality I see the tracks more as outlines than finished work. Nothing wrong with that in itself, of course... But I really hope at least some of these works get produced properly, they most definitely deserve it.
