This audio CD was intended to give an insight of my capabilities as music composer. Covering all genres in one CD was not possible, for this reason I picked up some of the most common game styles and created a tune in the way I used to like it was made. Altough all music tracks are originally written, performed and produced by myself, you could notice some influences in both titles and music from famous games - all of this was obviously intentional.

A medley of my previous music CD is also included as Bonus Track!

The album's author succeeded in cover all the main types of today's video games. Is incredible how he was able to do music for a samurai fighting game, an epic strategy game, a horror themed game and many others all at the same time. Sure this is a proof of his awesomeness.

To the other reviewer: You've got to be kidding me right? This is as much staying true to the original as one can get. Many of the songs just scream their original's vibe right at you. Where have you been when you were supposedly playing these games? Seriously if you have even as much played the beginning of Symphony of the Night, the firs track 'Vampire Castle' should be instantly familiar to you. Some part of it is almost a carbon copy of 'Dracula's Castle'. The same goes for 'The War Begins', which immediately gives you a 'Legends of Azeroth ' vide. Not to mention other nostagia-inducing tracks such as 'Daytona Speedway', 'Rise of the Fighters' and 'The Entrace Medley'. These tracks waste no time in bring the original vibe. The rest of the songs followed this very-true-to-original style of composing to the point you can basically guess right which game it for by just listening. What a great album. Conservative but constant. Derivative yet distinctly familiar. A very well done and rare gem of video game homage on this site. The other review does not do its justice, at all. I rate it 4.5/5 and I can only hope for more of this calibre coming.

Nell'insieme, bravo.

A somewhat decent collection of instrumental tracks, however the title and the genre are deceiving - as a gamer I've listened to a lot of game soundtracks, and these tracks didn't really invoke any gaming feelings in me. Some other authors such as Roger Subirana and Pornophonique managed to pull it off perfectly, but this one fails in that aspect. As an album - it's good, not spectacular, just good, but as a videogame music album, it's a miss.
