Hello

This is my first effort, at least as a complete author. Back, in the old days, I used to play drums only...

The entire work is done on an inexpencive home equipment, so it may sound a little cheap, but I would really want to hear your opinion on this, whether it's good or bad...

This song is named after my daughter's name Sashka (short from Alexandra). She is 5 years old and she is my main driving force.

Thank you for listening and for your patience.

The music is beautiful and calming, and the vocals do very well to set the atmosphere. The artist writes that the quality may sound "cheap", but this does not sound "cheap" to me in the slightest. It is not only ambient, but exotic, and absolutely lovely. The only reason for the rating of 9 rather than 10 is the single track of 4:18. In my opinion, there is not enough. However, I do not think it too negatively because I suspect the artist was cautiously stepping foot into the world of self-published music and wanted to receive criticism to improve before going further. Again, the 9 instead of 10 is not at all because of the quality of the track, which is fabulous. On a more personal note, I both envy and respect the artist's dedication of their work to their five-year-old daughter. I wonder if she is the pretty girl depicted in the cover art, which absolutely fits the mood of the music. In fact, it was the cover art that caught my eye as I was browsing new publications on Jamendo and brought me in. Note to the artist: with your daughter being your main driving force, I believe you will create remarkable works of art. Girls are wonderful beings who can both inspire and motivate, and gifted with their love, one can do amazing things. You and your daughter have my best wishes. In conclusion, I have starred both the artist and this piece, and have downloaded it for my personal listening and to share with others. I hope to see more great music from this artist and will certainly be keeping an eye out for any future releases.

Great first effort... great effort period. I had found "Bats in Love" to be interesting so I checked further... I'm so glad I did. This song is a great, soft ambient lullaby that made me feel totally at peace. Thank you! One day she will totally treasure this beautiful song. :) ... if she doesn't already.

Well done, man. Of course, it can be heard that it has been made on a cheap equipment, yet you almost managed to mask its limitations. While particular samples sound artificial, they are not so artificial as to completely ruin the whole track (what is not so easy in the genre of electronic ambient folk, which you have chosen). Further, the melody that you composed is simple, yet beautiful, entertaining and atmospheric. And finally the vocals. Both singing and the melodic line are outstanding. Simply enchanting. To sum up, this is a really beautiful gift to your daughter. I would love to hear it re-recorded in a professional recording studio. People would surely think that Deep Forest released a new single.
