While "Chilled" has some good elements to it, the instrumentation is the same as so many others. The song itself has potential to "pop" out, but just becomes another in the endless sea of music.
This is not to be overly critical, but the truth is that this type of song needs to take it up a notch. Too many want to be the next John Tesh, or Yanni - even they have to stray from their norm...
