This albums belongs rather to Acoustic Rock than to Ambient and extremely differs from the other albums by this artist. The music is very profound, sentimental, tender and nostalgic, it pinches the soul and cuts to the heart. Very touching.

C'est superbe,réellement superbe..j'suis fan! Jamais ô jamais l'ambiant m'avait autant transcendé et ce depuis que je n'avais pas encore découvert ces p'tits gars d'Andorre,car voilà, ils prennent un réel plaisir à développer une musique de qualité,d'une richesse et d'une profondeur absoluement incroyable. On ne peu décidément pas ne pas aimer LIKANTROPIKA!

First of all, a warning for other fans of Likantropika. It's an acoustic rock album, not ambient electronica. Of course it doesn't mean it's bad. It's still very good - filled with many beautiful melodies and I recommend it to anyone. However, I prefer Likantropika's electronic side - their electronic albums are more inventive, while on this one, I was becoming a little bored from time to time. Sometimes not much is happening within a song. Of course it's just my personal view and nevertheless, the album is definitely worth checking out. One complaint - track 2 ("Part 2 - If") strangely differs from other ones. It's badly recorded - quiet, with background noises, while all the others have clear strong sound. It is quite disturbing, because other tracks have almost perfect quality.

Trois bons musiciens (piano/guitare/batterie), de belles mélodies, un bel album quoi ! Certains passages m'évoquent les arpèges de Steve Hacket et le Genesis des années 72-73. Rien à voir avec les autres albums du groupe qui sont plus "Ambient-experimental" et où je n'accroche pas. L'enregistrement est très bon, on en oublierait que c'est un Live ! Aura-t-on le droit à une nouvelle colaboration entre ces trois artistes ?

Un disco excelente, en Vivo con sonidos unicos, como los que puede dar el tocar en vivo, con buena ambientación, y un concepto excelente como el que se venia trabajando en los otros discos...

This release continues Likantropika's commitment to creating beautifully packaged, stunning music.Live 1996 is consistent, cohesive, and polished to a shine. They have created a set of remarkably poignant songs that touches every cord on you. Bravo!

I have been listening to some of the other works today and this 'live' set presents me with a different facet of likantropika. I harks back to an era of my listening, that filled me with hope for what still seems like a bleak future. Very nicely done.

One of my first albums on Jamendo, listened a few years ago. I liked it right away, and from then on, It got into my standard playlist. There is something really magical about this album, great one to relax and think a little bit;). I listen to it 'till now and surely will from time to time. I encourage u to try the same.
