Good decent minimalist techno. I love it and don't find it inaudible at all. But then, I'm just a man who feels the music and goes with the flow, when it suits and this suits me fine. However, I am a big fan of the style, being a 'technohead' and won't bother reviewing country and western because I am not a fan of that and can't see the point spending my time moaning about it. I think I can see the point of track six mostly because I have a pet snake, and the number of times I've peered into his tank, wondering where he has hidden himself and suddenly I realise he's right in front of me, just watching. He has a nice but serious nature and loves being let out so he can zoom around the room until he finds a nice warm spot to watch from. It could have been the snake who slithered but that doesn't capture the essence really, so spot on for that particular track title. Overall, a nice enough album, which stretches its legs and apparently plausibility according to others. Whether the tracks suit the titles all the way through, I'm not so sure, as this is quite a strange concept to embed such uniformity into an album. I think it leads to a temptation to homogenise the music style and write it off, but then it's a few years old, and a lot has changed technically, but there are still some lovely sound and rhythm combinations worth a listen, if you are a technohead like me.
