The opening track, dragged without any sense of direction to its conclusione and we fiercely hope that its author has grown weary of it after two versions, summarizes the shortcomings of the works done in a hurry: a) is played listlessly, not a sad piede but a banal 4/4 made slow; b) its attractiveness peak, the Kate Lesing vocals, are canned music by a singer no less virtual than its involvements into burning around the world the songs which feature its name; if the very much misterious - no photo on the MySpace account, a video that feature three girls singing in playback with that same voice, a domain, kate-lesing.com, on sale just like Jamendo - Kate Lesing vocals are the backbone of a fist of house tracks posted on the Web by more than one d.j. Thus, this "Another Day" lacks originality and is devoid of uniqueness; c) the above mentioned Vocals are freely downloadable and occupy less than 7 MB and this is a cheap way to put together a song.
Artists pay their models.
Where's the need for the prefab, the pre-heaten, the pre-cooked, in Music? Who's eager to listen not one new ep by his favourite d.j. per week, but another one, even two other ones? Or is house music already degraded to the level of fast-food?
