Animals and Objects gets on with it and builds quickly into a pretty strong track, it feels confident. What's more they do it with their own flair, with their little musical foibles. Are we no friends... of course, we are. When you make music like this I cannot but help but like you and regard you as a friend, amongst many others, who have given there music away to a lot of people. Some of whom might enjoy it enough to write, or just to listen, or just because it's free. If this is more like freedom then I'm all for it. The music and the overall concept are liberating, as is some of the music produced. I like this because I like electronic minimalism particularly at the moment, not that I intend to neglect anything else. What a mess... indeed the EP continues, into an narrative between a robotic Laurel and Hardy. Quite a light track. Fast training... is something I need. Why can't I put a chip into my neck yet? This is the minimalist 'get-fit' track for all you joggers out there!-) Funky! The last track, Nuts and fruits, which is always good, especially with chocolate around them. If you like minimalism, you will enjoy this EP. Thanks Shiny Men!-)
