What a lovely album. I love the title RIVERS. Each track follows along that theme. Rivers take us on journeys and sometimes we have to choose which fork to take to further that adventure. Rivers take us to uncharted territory and force us to stretch and learn. The delightful music of the title track exemplifies that message with its amazing vocals! I also really loved "Who is Who" and "Sand Glass." The guitar work in this music is sensational. Another favorite is "Nostalgia/Ностальгия." I can really feel the emotion in your playing. This album has such beautiful acoustic guitar tunes, played to perfection with emotion, charm; and with a few other instruments along the way such as the flute, to accompany. But the guitar is the driving force from the slow and surreal to the uplifting spanish style guitar, to more warmly relaxed melodies, but always lovely. Each piece has a progression which holds the interest of the listener and an excellent flow which maintains the integrity of the tune. These are outstanding compositions and are enjoyable under any circumstances. thanks to coriandolo for the recommendation!
