Long story short: The Pic Nic Mix of Drown In Red lacks the distinguishability of the normal version. Peegret is an okay piece of pop chill until 1:52 when this naive synth bass comes by with annoyance. January Has Left Me Stranded is now three minutes longer than the already too long normal version - the breaks alone don't suffice. But Wake Up, Go Home is the worst of them, because the standard female speech synth sound sample holds no apparent purpose. Sorry for being a little harsher on this one, Mammute. I relistened to the Mammute EP afterwards to remind myself you can do better. This is only what it sounds like when I feel like the time I spent with this album wasn't as enlightening as I hoped to be. Still I'd be glad to discuss our subjectivities on a personal message basis.
