The flow from the gothic to the rock to the grunge songs was seamless. . . I really enjoyed this dark and melodramatic album. The music and sound values were exceptionally well done. The compositions were perfect. I was pleased with the male singer's excellent vocal strength, projection and range . .. he lent his voice to the emotions of the songs and conveyed the story line and feelings to the ears of the listener. I found this album to be full of hypnotic, mesmerizing songs . . . which were especially enjoyable because of the great sound quality. I am not a big fan of this style of music .. .. but I still found it very pleasant listening. - Wolfsong

also die Düstermukke hat ja, wie so viele Generes, das Problem, sich in ihren eigenen Klishees verstrickt zu haben und auf den ewig gleichen ausgetrettenen Pfaden zu wandeln und vorallem durch Langeweile zu punkten. Das ist hier nicht der Fall. Okay, the dazed prophet wir die Welt nicht aus den Angeln heben, aber die Musik klingt erstaunlich frisch und unverbraucht - ist extrem gut produziert und hat durchs Band einen guten Groove, verwendet recht wenig bis keinen Pathos und fusst Grösstenteils auf ehrlicher Rockmusik. Irgendwie klingt die Scheibe hier so als würden Interpol, Placebo und Credence Clearwater Revival eine Jamsession abhalten

Je suis accro de ces mélodies et de la voix. Il y a quelque chose d'à la fois doux et lancinant, ainsi qu'un super tempo. J'aime, j'aime j'aime. Belle réussite vraiment....!
