Glass Spider is immensely good music, there are no two ways about it. Well-balanced, structured and intoned. The piano fits in well, I think. My disliked instruments are the sitar (just don't like it's sound) and the didgeridoo (sick of the sound). So, I appreciate others reservations, each to their own. The classy instrumentation carries through to Winter Rose, nicely balanced and paced, with a nice sense of the dramatic here and there, but there is also variation that gives a depth to the music. Lilting piano towards the end is a lovely touch. Lunar Perception Of A Phenomenon, delivers itself sonorously and sensually. A nice, easy-going composition that I think works well. Then it steps back a touch, to return with itself by its side. Charming piece. Midnight Whispers begins on a darker note, with a rumbling, distorted basis, it colours with a palette of deep noises and slow, strong structure. Glass Spider Amber Version is a very nice reworking and very enjoyable. Nice work!-)

i was going to complain about the use of piano and not using cooler electronic sounds - then i read the blurb and see that it is intended to have a lot of piano in the music. so having ruled out the bad points i am only left with good ones, however as i don't verbalise so well i will just leave it to the stars to say what i mean... 9* of good IDM :-)

Cet artiste nous offre de belles musiques, belles mélodies mélancoliques. Les sons employés sont sympa. La dose d'électronique est savamment dosé, avec des rythmes soit rock progressif, soit cool. Dans l'ensemble, très agréable à écouter. A découvrir.
