We traveled . . . From the plains of Africa, the flutes, powerful drums and exquisite throat singing and other vocals . . . massively moved me in "A NIght in Serengeti" . . .. to the peaceful dreamy song of "The Summer Rain." "The Old Cabaret in Sofia" influenced by a thrilling exotic vocal . . . propels the traveler onward over an ancient road and into the impeccable sounds of "Lost Civilization" . . . bits of world song . . . ancient as humanity coming together traveling down this long road . . . But music speaks to our soul . . . the deep primitive heart of us . . and oh my soul . . but that flute that sang like an angel in "Silk Route" with the singer . . . I was there . . . and then back to warm and vibrant Africa's percussion and vocals in "Nangwatu Village" and onward through beautiful and exotic "India" . . . and finally "Paradise on Earth" where we are mesmerized by the huge drums and music which has traveled far to greet our ears and our hearts . . Welch wundervolle Überraschung! Ein Spitzenalbum, welches mich schon beim ersten Hören in den Bann gezogen hat! "The old cabaret in sofia" sei nur als Anspieltipp genannt. Die anderen Songs fallen allerdings in keinster Weise vom Niveau her ab. Sehr Gehaltvolle "andere" Musik. Perfekt eingespielt mit vielen Highlights!

The blistering, humid, heat of sunrise, in Africa in the bush..And the herdsmen cry and call out loud..And round up their cattle. And the buzzards fly above..And the African choir.. starts to sing at the local Church..And the clarinet or flute is heard playing a joyous and uplifting, spiritual melody of happiness and fun..And the hypnotic catchy beat of the drums.. Rhythmical stay in tune with all. Summer Rain is falling. gentle,light and dainty on my hot and humid skin..As I rest and recuperate in front of a chalet in the African bush..And I turn on the radio..And I hear a local chant a heavenly mantra inside my head and mind.And I relax and drift off into such a glory state of mind and grace..Peace and tranquillity fall me and give me comfort and security and all is good in this divine world on earth's door. Tamborine tapping and the steel drums playing and the African dancers..Are demonstrating their talents and skills before my eyes..And the beauty of this part of the world. Just glitters and glows and on the horizon the sun is coming up.And dawn is upon us..Joyous, happy overwhelming euphoria fills me spirit and heart..And gives me such a buzz and feelings of pure satisfaction..I can hardly contain inside me.And the exotic mix of Moroccan music is heard pumping inside this spectacular kaleidoscope of exceptional profound, earthy,traditional,festive, music. I could go on tell you my thoughts and feelings.
