About this album

  • Updated: 18/10/2007

"Cosmocreation" is formed by six compositions and common motif is a question about the beginning of Universe - who made all reality we live ? What happened milions years ago ? On the cover of the album I used painting of my favourite artist - William Blake and his "God creating the Universe". In the album is a little symphonic sounds ("Cosmocreation - The Beginning", "The Spirit of the Solar System") and some lighter compositions ("The Light in the Darkness", "Summer on the Green Planet"). The melody finishing the album ("Rumba for Eva") is like "The Last Rumba" of J. M. Jarre - "light, easy and pleasant".

Not exactly innovating but technically impeccable, this album will appeal to all fans of classical electronic music. If you like J.M. Jarre or Klaus Schulze there's no reason in the cosmos that you won't like Cosmocreation. The first track is a great musical illustration of begining of the Creation. Very dramatic, it depicts very well the formless void and the darkness covering the face of the deep, then bubling magma and whirling spirals of galaxies come into the picture. I especially liked the first 4 tracks.

This album is on the face of it a Jean Michelle Jarre copy ... But with some suptle and clever differences ! It is well played on what sounds like original Analogue Synths (but these days could be VSTi`s) ... I would highly recommend this album to anyone into Vangelis, Jarre or similar composers . All in all a great album . (Best listened to via a descent set of headphones)

"It's technically a good product" and true, it reminds one of J.M.Jarre and others from that time-period - but nothing's wrong with that! I'm sure, there are many people out there, that would be very proud, if they could produce something like that - but they can't :-) "The Light in the Darknes" is perfect!
