The seven deadly sins instituted by Pope Gregory in the 7th century while the Church was single and indivisible, as the schism between East and West occurred in 1054. According to Pope Gregory, the seven deadly sins are: Lust, wrath, gluttony, greed, envy, sloth and pride.
In 2008 the Vatican by a circular signed by the current Pope Benedict XVI renewed the list and added seven new deadly sins, which are: the human genome surgery, drugs, environmental pollution, social and economic injustice, shameless wealth accumulation, pedophilia and abortion.

"The eighth sin" is an electronic song with German vocals. I am thankful to all partners for their great help: Ionas for the lyrics, Emmanuel Fidopoulos for the German translation and the vocals, Eduard Haumahu, the photographer who allowed me to use his wonderful photo for the slim CD cover and Anneliese Van Buren, the model of this photo.

Enjoy :)

'Die acht sünden", is a German Language, Trance-Dance Single. German Voice Over integrated into Trance Synth Sound with Sharp Percussive Elements Snapping Out the Beat collaborate to form a Seductively Cool Dance Trax. It would indeed be a Sin to this Miss Stealthily Clever Single.

Nice and Simple, but not for everybody...

Well first of all, it's kind of saddening that there's only one song on this piece of work. I would love to hear more... Even though the only thing I would have to do is navigate off the page, but... whatever. Anyways onto the song itself. I like the hard "darkwave" trance style to it, and the lyrics in German just add to the power of the song, and the greatest part of it... It's simple. There's nothing super complex about the style of it. You just listen to it and go. However this style is not for everybody and since I try to look for the whole instead of just me. Also the playback rate quality is a little low. Even though this wouldn't matter to most people, some people might have a pet peeve about that... All and all this is a well done, simple song that is easy to the ears, even if this isn't your cup of tea, and a has a somewhat low quality file. A secure thumbs up!
