I tre brani sono accomunati da una medesima cifra stilistica: la linea di basso ostinato che tutti li percorre, incalzante nelle prime due tracce, morbida nella terza. Sui tappeti sonori così creati s'innesta un piacevolissimo gioco -solo all'apparenza improvvisato e in realtà studiatissimo- in cui synth e tastiere splendidamente suonate s'alternano in perfetto equilibrio, regalando sensazioni che a tratti direi psichedeliche. Le ottime scelte timbriche e il buon master completano il quadro, facendo di quest'album un lavoro magnifico, formalmente compiuto ed emotivamente suggestivo, da ascoltare assolutamente.

"Un fiore" The percussion driving with a heavy pan seemed to be designed for motion. The bass driving riff added more impetus to the dynamism in the flow and the combo created was seemed to be an unstoppable force. The faint sound of the strummed acoustic backdrop added a little fill. Though subtle, if this acoustic contribution was missing it would have been noticed. The keyboard work was nicely inflicted on the driving machine while it forced its up-tempo Blues filled themes through the engine. "Here ain't there" The mid paced dense percussion with a synthesized riff and distant electric guitar was all there was to the sound-scape. The distant dragging guitar added some well needed flavour where it provided its bursts of slowly howled melodies. The driving of the percussion was all there was to really grab and hold my attention. "Stars" The soft keyboard entry over a string felt backdrop was an excellent break into life. The evolving themes were well developed and carried a somber tone with emerging tension in parts. I enjoyed much of the music heard here, with the first and last track showing a real sense of class. The piano work was generally excellently played though I think some of flows changes in "Stars" were a little wearing after a while. The percussion were superbly crafted and were a centrepiece to many of the themes. This was a driving and well driven work of art.

Die Musik ist recht annehmbar und geht sofort ins Ohr, doch leider ist nach nur drei Lieder schon Schluß. Würde gerne noch mehr Musikstücke hören. La musica è abbastanza decente e orecchiabile, ma purtroppo, dopo solo tre canzoni già conclusi. Piacerebbe sentire più musica. Chiedo scusa per il mio cattivo italiano!
