As usual, I am writing this review while listening to the album. What can I say - this is even better than Me And Myself. The album starts with a pulsating Sky Lights, and then moves to a featherlight title Friday I'm In Love; after those two tracks I was charged with lots of positive energy, but still didn't know what to expect next. And when that 'next' came I was in heaven, truly: Mintys Apie Tave, oh boy, I must say I wasn't prepared for this at all, I didn't know Bacila could be into melancholy, too. From the dreamland I was revived by Rainbow inside with its footstepping rhythm and pace. I looked at the number of tracks on the album and realised it was coming to and end - but no regrets, not a single weak link there, and Cannibal Cafe only reinforced that feeling. It reminded me a little of Grooverider's work (just a coincidence, or inspiration?). One Love, well, this was a little too much about the pulse for me, especially at the beginning, but maybe it's just my PC speakers' inability to reproduce the sound. Anyway the last track, with dreamy Arab-style vocals soothed my ears and head. I'm intrigued by the title, too, and will have to check with my translator colleague about it :). In a word - wonderful. And thanks, Bacila, for sharing your work with us.
