Qwartz Electronic Music Awards is a promotional project in support of independent musical creation, revealing it to the public and offering financial contributions to the artists. The prizes are attributed during the Awards Closing Ceremony that takes place at the Cirque d'Hiver Bouglione, in Paris. Qwartz international network represents 3 000 labels and 10 000 artists.

In addition to the Ceremony, Qwartz organizes the Electronic Music and Associated Arts International Market during two days at the Cirque d'Hiver.
