A wonderful compilation of accoustics that almost sound familiar from hit title songs like Abba and Madonna. This album is easy listening and has a real feel good factor that makes me feel great.
Pizzicato has a great melody that workes well for inspiration with films like "A beautiful Mind"
I have listened to this Pizzicato so many times and I still love hearing it, its the sort of music that inspires me with ideas and ambition to write a story for a film.
I reccomend this artist.

I especially like 1.2.3, after that the album doesn't hit the same heights, but I guess you should listen to it backwards and it gets better track by track ;)
Comparisons with Dream Theater and/or John Petrucci are inevitable when you listen to this. However, the music does get diverse with its sound and atmosphere. The album has a charcter of its own. This is one of the very best albums on Jamendo. It takes you on a journey and along the way it heals you.
The 4th song Existential Delirium is something I would want as a soundtrack for a travel documentary. "The Artist, The Sage and the Jester" has a story to tell, even the Goa trance junkies would barter their acids to listen to this.
I personally always love to listen to entire albums. All the same, songs like Lucid and Drempt are awesome as individual songs.

Le seul défault que l'on peut trouver a cet album est la qualité de l'enregistrement, et la musique qui domine parfois un peu trop sur la voix; mais a part ca c'est parfait!

I suppose I agree with everyone else about it being off-balanced as an album, but compared to the stuff I have heard lately it deserves a 9.

Not too many english reviews, it is a great thing when bands follow the creative commons instead of falling into the corporate hype.
I starred this album because, though not their best music, this album should have something to whet your appetite. Which would then encourage you to purchase more music from an artist you had not heard of before - such as spoon. i had not heard of spoon before, but think they had a good song on this album compilation.
I have listened to Beastie Boys since the 'liscened to ill' album.
this compilation has electronica-instrumental, hip-hop, and some songs in english - overall good listening
Après m'être balladé tout l'été en compagnie du rif groovy d'Elles pensent dans les rues de Paname, je compte sur la Fleur cachée subtilement pop de la Drozofil pour supporter le triste novembre...
Au fait, les Drozofil en live...c'est une performance vraiment jouissive. On y chante, drague et danse (en gardant les oreilles toujours grandes ouvertes, évidemment).
Par contre, la couv rouge tomate (farcie ?) de cette prometteuse maquette manque de fun !
