This sound-scape of psychedelic,trance like, instrumental, indie, nujazz,acoustic,drumnbass, electronic music. Just seemed to vibrate and send my senses into overdrive, as I checked out this thought provoking, new age, experimental,very interesting, entertaining album in general. It was like being on a hallucinogenic trip without any drugs being used. Exceptional experience to saviour and enjoy.. Dramatic, powerful, beautiful, relaxing, calming, graceful and elegant.. And yet more besides..
This was a pretty good album in general, I loved the emotions, atmosphere and sort of thrilling sensation from some of the tracks. Let alone the way they make you feel excited, and wondering what next was on the list from this guy. With his amazing, artistic-al, stylish, thought provoking, blend of experimental, electronic riffs, instrumental, drum music. Some where that good, I could actually picture using in some horror, thriller type music. for example. H.R.R. is one..
Lovely, upbeat, cheerful, happy tune, that really does buzz around your heart and head, as you listen to these guys sing with love and passion for making great ska,rock,reggae,fusion music,that feel inspirational and fun at the same time..Great voice, fantastic music, and lovely atmosphere to this.. I need more now...
I actually liked this album, as the music was perfect as background music, even thou it trance, dance,techno music. Why because as I work or play on my pc this kept me company and made me feel so good and relaxed checking it out, and saviour all the delightful flavours for this interesting, compelling, even thought provoking music. Sometimes, this type of music, you don't have to get up and dance to, just chill and enjoy as I did..
This whole album, just showed a lot of creativity, style let alone class in the making of this exceptional sound-scape of appealing, pleasing, stirring, imaginative, express, easy to listen to, wonderful, combinations of classical, pop, symphonic, classical-rock, samba music. All done to perfect so it vibrates gently on your heart, soul and most of all your ears..
Soundwise very reminiscent of 80s new age synth music, drawing inspiration from a diverse range of sources such as the early works of Vangelis, William Orbit and even Ennio Morricone. The slightly quirky chill-out mood of A Sense of Autumn, the piano improvisation-over-Bladerunneresque-leads in Quiddity and the peaceful yet intensely emotional (and goose bump inducing, I have to admit!) solo piano theme of the title song being my personal favourites. A very relaxed, introspective, hauntingly melodic piece of work.
