This song is exotic, alluring, beautiful. I love the African vocals sounding throughout this track. What an intriguing little album. I like this style. Very nice!
This album is too uplifting to be easy listening. An exciting epic. Each song so moving - so profoundly beautiful.
Powerful trip and an uplifting dream - we are exalted and excited as we "Fly in" with wings outstretched, we soar over beauty, undefined. . .
until we hear "The Andromeda Anthem" energetically rising into the ether. Reaching, reaching and then lifting up the beholder. "Silver Rain" flying up to meet the clouds in ebony sky like gleaming rocket ships into the unknown.
Awesome "Roses not too frightened to bloom," awe-inspiring for their bravery and ability to glow out of the dark. As the music flows, with power, it continues to lift and rise with hardly a care, through heavy darkness, and glides with trouble-free dream. Sadly "Some (are) left behind" but there is hope for them as we march to set them free. And we all pile into that "Taxi to Andromeda" - why do we wish to fly away from our earthbound selves? We wonder but we go - we go - we love these space songs that take us away from our everyday lives - our earth burdened cares. Perhaps those aurora's, those luminosities, those "Streaks of Light in the Sky" can be a mantle for drooping shoulders, warming in frozen times. "Purple vapors" moving over tired eyes. Soothing.
The drums of "Astrophonica" so upbeat, so happily uplifting, an orchestra, a symphonic message. A hope of peace for that "…one eyed Alien…"crying.
Very good, thanks, I sent it to Facebook.
Hugs M.I.
Utterly Delicious!
"Moulin" was beautifully relaxing, with ambient female spoken vocals, nice bass, and a sweet-gentle melody. One of my favorite tracks.
"vienna" had a kindly gentle beat with perfect tempo, for a relaxing, sexy dance.
"One good Love" had a lovely male vocal and a pretty melody.
"ambali" is an energetic instrumental Pop with an ethnic feel to it which made it one of my favorites - wonderful use of various instruments throughout the song.
"spanish2" very peppy and energized with clapping and high stepping and an appealing male vocal.
I really enjoyed this album which, notwithstanding the dance referrals, is a very relaxed and calming album.
The music is great, just as you are dear:)
Very nice rock album. Wow - such excellent male vocals. That voice is very good, he can sure carry a note as in the song "Sense," and he has an excellent range. Great back-up vocals also. We were very impressed with the lyrics and the instrumental play. Super, unbelievably outstanding guitars, violin, drums. All very cohesive and smooth. Wow - if only this band were live on stage - that would be huge fun! We are so glad I clicked on that link on the side of the page to try out these guys. But - they only have this one album. I also wish someone would type their lyrics into that section of this page. Sometimes it is hard to get the whole sense of the poem when hearing the song. There is a lot of passion in this album.
I especially loved the song "Across the Ocean" perhaps because of its sentimentality, and sweetness, and tempo. "Sense" was so cool with a soaring note. I also liked "Emergency" which was more dark with a striking heaviness as a rock/pop song. "Never Enough" was quite powerful with a strong, hot guitar.
Overall - If you love excellent rock - this is the album for you. It is very professional sounding and we have every expectation that these guys will fly and become very popular in the world outside Jamendo.
This is a quiet album. A little edgy, but quiet. This dubstep is stepping - a slow walk for sure. I love the theme of this album as I am big on walking and I walk three miles to work every dark morning. This album would be nice to listen to then, but it has a dark and moody personality and I am already terrified of the dark. The intro to the first track is so enticing but'darn' it reminds me of zombies walking.
I like this album a great deal. I especially loved "Walking Lost" with its effortless pace and its poetic nature, a subtle hint of voices (this one I would like to walk to - but only in the daytime;)). I also appreciated "Walking Home"'s hopefulness and heartbeat, and exhaustion! It reminds me of when I walk home after work - also in the dark.
These tracks are beautiful but don't invade my thinking except as an added cushion for my hard taxed brain. I love this album for background stuff. I also believe that it is the music to listen to when wanting to be creative. Yes, I think it speaks to my brain waves and induces that part of my brain to be more active - but you have to listen with headphones. It sounded too tinny when using the speakers on my laptop. It is also a great listen for relaxation or just thinking.
you my friend do show a talent for this,i got to tell you!congrats for this song! see you!
One fantastic album.good vibes all round, will be looking out for you.
A marvelous voice has Artur Filimonov singing in his own language as he strummed an acoustic guitar in a thoughtful and a kindly tone. I really love it when people sing in their native tongue because it gives the music an unique flavor. I never understand what they are singing unless they post the lyrics and I can copy and paste into an interpreter. But we can interpret from the heart and soul and these songs were very expressive and heart filled. Wonderful!
