Lovely. Subtle but powerful.

Excellent work. And original! This was a sheer joy to listen to for its creativity and blend of acoustic and electric. You have pulled some amazing voices from your instruments. One cannot help but listen to each track closely and anticipate the next. The beauty is in the details.

A powerful rendition of life's dichotomous ability to rip open the curtain of reality, providing clarity in a harsh way, but at the same time, showing one the possibility of redemption and serenity. A beautiful track full of strength, emotion and hope.

After listening to this album many times over several months, I can honestly say it still stirs and surprises me with its depth of emotion and artistry in all tracks. A work of excellence!

This is an album to be listened to over and over. It has a complex range of emotions through all tracks. Wonderfully well composed and orchestrated scoring that allows you to glide into another world for a while. A joy to listen to. Definitely Greendjohn's best album ever.

What an intriguing little intro! Wasn't sure what was going on for a few seconds but it caught my attention! This one's all about Latin dance rhythms. It's hard to remain seated, much less sit still through it. Great album!

Memories

Memories is a story of honour, love, grace, majestic landscapes, and maybe a journey, all within an epic tale.
There's Latin in the rhythms of Weekend, which beg you to dance, but in a wonderful gentle and relaxed way. There is no way you sit still through this one.
Grandma's song - again dancing, but this one speaks to bright futures, and the sheer adventure and joy of being young.
Overall, a short album, but all three are excellent pieces! My favourite: Memories.

Against a background of nature's sounds, some gentle, some not, a dark and stirring ambience flows throughout this album. It draws you in with hints of mystery and discovery. Footsteps. Imperceptible voices. Conversation in German discussing Latin writing. Throat singing. Strange motors humming. There is a sense of the unknown, a feeling of past tragedy, and the feeling that you have uncovered its remnants in a calmer present. This album brings to mind the soundtrack from Myst. These wonderful and intriguing tracks should be listened to in a quiet room, to absorb and savour each one.
