This is very inventive and original-sounding music. I especially liked the marimba on the first track.
I liked the tympani in the second track, and the harmonic parallelism of the final one is good, too; but my favourite is the dramatic fourth track.
Lovely contrapuntal vocals on the second track.
More expressive singing, as usual from this passionate artist!
This is sad, brooding music for people who like their tunes like that.
I liked 'Piano Experiment' and 'Fly Away' the best. In the former track, the piano at times reminded me a bit of Bach's Well-Tempered Clavier.
The last track, with its passionate guitar and violin, was the best in my opinion.
A much darker piece than I am accustomed to hearing from this musician; still, it's very effective.
In the first song, either the musicians are experimenting with microtones or they need to tune their instruments. The second track, however, is much better: there are some sweet, lyrical guitar leads in it.
This is wonderfully atmospheric music; it could work well as a movie soundtrack (an alternative to that of 'Blade Runner', perhaps?). I especially liked the subtle, jazz-like textures of the electric piano on the last track.
