Clicked to play this album, because it was popular on the site. With the first song, I was smiling to hear the unmistakable voice of Kristin Hersh [Throwing Muses, 50 Foot Wave]. Checked out the album page and knew most of the other names from CCmixter, as well. Amanyth offers up some of the best compositions available to ever feature these artists. His music never sounds forced to fit the samples and acapella tracks. Amanyth makes beautiful music and these artists sound like they were there in the studio with him when it was all put together. This is no cut-and-paste remixer, this is an artist. Top notch.
Found this release on your Russian website and fell in love with it in 2006 or early 2007. "Klein Jiga" has been in regular play in our house ever since. SCOTLAND YARD offers so many different styles and moods of Ms. Scotland's quirky and fun electronica. Cpaciba, Olga!
