Simple Beautiful arrangements.

It may say Lo Fi but there is nothing lacking in sound quality here.

All instruments including drums sound amazing!

The stand out instrument is the piano but there are some moments on the guitar and drums as well.

When I think of Lo Fi I like to think of something that may not of been recorded in a traditional sense but is closer to the artist's vision perhaps, this recording has satisfied my quest for a recording that is both emotional and true the musicians intent.

This album tells a story that the listener can follow but still get lost and make up their own story as well.

Ambient noises abound!
Record noise, walking through grass, running in a swamp, walking in ice and snow, wind, waves, thunder.
In the second song I can hear rain water falling in what sounds like a factory.
All these sounds add to the songs like other instruments.

Incorporating the sounds of nature into the music all though not a new idea is done very well here.
All though the 8th song goes on for over ten min and it reminds me a bit of a CD of ocean waves that I used to play to fall asleep at night except that there's what sounds like a crying cat at the end.

Don't get me wrong, I love whales as much as the next guy but don't put me to sleep before the album is over.

The last song also goes on for a bit.

The quality's far out shadow the weaknesses of this album.

Did I mention how beautiful this music is?

Great job to everyone involved in this recording, I will be downloading it and I'll probably recommend it to a few friends as well!

I look forward to more and thanks!

The only bad thing I can say about this album is that it's only one track! I want to hear more!

This is a very interesting little album.
There are a lot of people on Jamendo making music with a computer and little else.
Most of this electric music does very little for me but this album is an exception.
Notebooknoiserap is very honest not only in it's title but in the music as well.
Lamb Chops for Dinner Again is a great little industrial type of song with goats and sheep.
Great work!
I look forward to more.

This is one of the most original albums I have run across on Jamendo and it's from my hometown!
I was attracted to this by the album cover as I am quite a fan of elephants, apparently I am now also a fan of Circa Vitae.
I also just realized that I think I saw you guys at the Wow Hall in the summer.
It's funny because when I was listening to the album I was thinking that the band sounded like they were from Eugene (don't ask me how to explain why I thought that).
Now about what the music sounds like:
Alternative guitar rock would be the best way I could describe it.
Someone compared this to Radiohead and where I can understand the comparison I also hear Mars Volta and Sonic Youth.
It also reminds me a bit of more experimental bands like Pink Floyd and Sleepy Time Gorilla Museum.
Over all it's a great piece of work and I'm still kind of in shock that you guys are from Eugene, I guess there is music that I like in this town after all.
Keep up the great work guys.

The sound quality of this album is quite good.
It is well mastered and the musicians are all quite competent.
Unfortunately it doesn't have anything else going for it.
I found the lyrics to be rather generic and nothing new. The riffs all sound familiar the guitar player seems very influenced by Tool as some riffs sound almost the same I would swear.
The vocalist sounds like a cross between Alice In Chains and STP.
I think I heard a riff that sounded a lot like A Perfect Circle.
I suppose if someone gave me a free ticket and drove me to the show I wouldn't probably leave but I can't say that I would buy the CD.
Please be more original.

Let me first say that the production is quite good.
Now the bad. The album goes no place.
I guess it would be OK if I was really really stoned or if I wanted to put on something to put me to sleep.
I can't imagine how one would expect to play this music live as it sounds so layered and over dubbed.
And what's with the counting? If you don't have anything to say don't say anything at all.
Counting to ten is not lyrics.
My suggestion would be to lay off the weed my friend.
You are obviously a competent musician but creatively I feel like you may have some work to do. Bottom line is that it's pretty boring and if it wasn't free I would want my money back.

It makes me bob my head so it must be good. I imagine being in a little night club somewhere and dancing around with colorful lights flashing back and fourth.
It's funny because I was just watching The Sopranos right before I listened to this album and there's a song about Tony!
I really like the guitar work and the drums and I really don't know what else to say other then, I like it.

If you like Metal you'll like this album, straight up.
Shredding guitars and a hard drum beat mix with vocals that will tear your soul apart!
Reminds me of Dillinger Escape plan mixed with a bit of Dystopia and a bit of At The Gates to top it off but with tons of originality as well.
Make me want to drink a few beers and head on into the pit.
What a shame you guys aren't together anymore because you would be a hit out here in Eugene Oregon (USA).
Keep up the good work my friends.

Kursed - A tranparent pain

I really don't understand why anyone would want to sound so much like Nirvana.
As far as I knew there was already a band doing that, it's called The Chocolate.
Find your own sound. Grunge is dead, Kurt said it himself.
Keep playing until you have your own voice.
The thing that made Nirvana great was that Kurt was a new voice, he had something to say to the youth of America at that point in time.
Switch it up, it's 2007.

Why do you have a burning American flag on your album cover?
Are you not from Sweden? Are you singing about a revolution in Sweden or the USA?
I'm confused about this whole thing. It sounds like all the crappy punk bands that my Ex-Girlfriend liked. Sorry guys not my cup of tea.
