Esta es la musica para guitarra que yo recuerdo con muchisimo amor en mis anos jovenes en la ciudad de Mexico. Y aunque todavia soy gringo, traigo un corazon Mexicano. No se puede dejar de escuchar esta music. Es la musica de amor que nos lleva de las alturas de Monterrey hasta el fin del continente en Argentina. Es una verdadera musica universal latina. Esto es un disco fantastico y acogedor. Muchas gracias por haberla hecho.

I was expecting the happy sounds of one or perhaps two mandolins and a cornet and maybe also some other accompaniment. What greeted me was discordant stabs at an idea.
If the idea was to make the mandolin over into an instrument of jazz music; then the effort failed. The mix is also wrong. The bass and drums are way out in front of the featured instrument. At times it is hard to hear what the mandolin is trying to portray. Thank you for the opportunity to hear the music. AFG
