I became familiar with this release almost a year ago on D.W.K.s website and promtly sought out all the other material these fine musicians had created.Today I still rate Crytalk;Through a Glass Darkly and Desperate Measures as highly now as I did when I first first heard them.Paul your compositional skills are impeccable and this coupled with Fran's sophisticated vocals makes a potent mixture and I await your next release with great anticipation.
Shades of Tangerine Dream,Jean Michel Jarre,Gandalf,Enigma and everything inbetween.Very skilfully executed.Thank you so much for sharing.
What can I say, this bloke has talent oozing out his cerebral cortex.Gave the song 8/10 'cause it's a cover version.Keep the rivers of creativity flowing Sean!
Just a great collection of tracks that stand out in any playlist.Like the heading says they have that special but undefinable something that all musicians try to grasp regardless of genre. Thanks for uploading them for us all to hear.
Love the rich sound of the multi-tracked acoustic guitar coupled with a great vocal.Suicides especially reminds me of early Bowie in it's style and arrangement.Would love to hear more.
Afrter Reading Erik's brief autobiography it dawned on me how marvelous sites like Jamendo are, whereupon someone such as I can bear witness to this level of creativity which would certainly have been condemned to obscurity, and in this particular case that would have been a tragedy.
